How do you cram over five hundred years of science and history into a small book of just over 200 pages and not only make it easy to read but as understandable as Reader s Digest? Well, that feat has been accomplished by author Robert Sungenis in an easy-to-carry paperback book on a 6 x 9 frame. Whereas his massive three volume set, Galileo Was Wrong The Church Was Right, now in its ninth edition, is over 2400 pages long, the best and boldest of that famous set has been distilled down for you into less than one tenth the size. The title is, Geocentrism 101 An Introduction into the Science of Geocentric Cosmology, and is hot off the presses from CAI Publishing, Inc., as of November 2013. Although the cover says that the book is Recommended for High School, College and Adult, in actuality it is for anyone who has had a hunger to know what all the fuss is about concerning modern heliocentric versus geocentric cosmology. And believe me, it is a real page-turner! If you were ever reticent to read a book because there were too many words per page, or because it had a tiny eye-straining font and very few pictures and diagrams, well, never fear, Geo 101 is here! Whereas the average paperback novel has over 500 words per page, Geo 101 has an average of 200, and all of that is in a big 12-point font so that even your far-sighted grandfather or even the partially blind can read it! As for pictures, believe it or not, there are 450 of them, which amounts to an average of two per page. Many of the pictures are photocopies of the pages of the books from which various quotes of famous scientists have been extracted, so that you, the reader, can see for yourself what the author actually said and the context in which he said it. As regards equations, there are only six, and only three are needed to be explained, which we do for you in simple language. If you can add 2 + 2 and get 4, you can understand our explanation of these equations. Best of all, much of the mystery of cosmology is eliminated since the book comes with a CD-ROM that contains 66 detailed animations depicting everything from the geocentric design of Stonehenge to stellar parallax to the astounding alignments of the cosmic microwave radiation with our Earth. There are simply no better cosmological animations available in the world today. Additionally, the CD contains one of the most sophisticated stellariums available. This will allow you to see the starry cosmos, complete with constellations and planetary movements, from an Earth-based viewpoint. The CD also contains a PDF version of the book, which has the full-color images of the 450 pictures in Geocentrism 101. The book also contains photocopies of the actual hand-written letters from famous scientists such as Albert Michelson, Hendrik Lorentz, and George Fitzgerald, which we obtained after many hours of search in the microfiche files at the Niels Bohr Library in College Park, Maryland. We also have a rare photograph of Georges Sagnac that we obtained from the Bibliothèque Ulm Lettres et Sciences in France. This is a significant find since there are no pictures of Sagnac on the Internet. Now, you might think that a book and CD like this would cost about thirty dollars or more. But we have made it as affordable as possible. For only $19.95, the cost of an outing for two at McDonalds, you can be the owner of one of the most concise and sophisticated treatments of geocentric cosmology available today. This book is an excellent resource for that personal someone you have been trying to educate to geocentric cosmology but who would never pick up a huge book to read. It is an excellent resource for all homeschooling families. It is an excellent resource for all high school and college curriculum's who want their students to know what the alternative positions are in modern cosmology and astronomy. Book/CD set.

Not as comprehensive or as conclusive as Geocentrism 102, this is sort of a 'first draft' for that second book.
Sungenis is to be commended for writing what he has done, even though the liberal 'Catholics' out there vilify him and the concept of Geocentrism, thus denying their very own Church's historical position; (but then, that has been the case with a whole host of other issues with Rome for centuries, it would appear -The Occult Renaissance Church of Rome but hey, when has Truth ever mattered to post-Renaissance Rome?

Geocentrism 101 An Introduction into the Science of Geocentric Cosmology 4th Edition Robert A Sungenis 9781939856227 Books Reviews

This is a good start for a wide audience. The book has plenty of diagrams, pictures and pithy quotes from leading scientists on the geocentrism issue.
Very educational. Everyone should read it!
This is an excellent condensation of the 1,000+ page seminal volume, `Galileo Was Wrong' for those who just want to dip their tootsies into the shark-infested waters of scientific inquiry concerning the dirty-little-secret of Astrophysics Galileo...was...WRONG!

REMEMBER "There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all argument, and which cannot fail to keep man in everlasting ignorance.
That principle is condemnation BEFORE investigation."
- Edmund Spencer

READ...IT!
This book is apparently intended for a readership who has an interest in geocentricism, but has not yet read the tome, "Galileo Was Wrong". I believe it fulfills this purpose very well. Even if you have no intention of reading GWW, this work will serve as a good outline of the current science.

It is presented in a very accessible format, with study questions at the end of each chapter. I believe it successfully argues that the geocentric and geostationary model is as viable as the prevailing heliocentric model. For many this will invite the reader to explore the science in much more depth and detail, which is available in GWW.

I came at the book from the opposite direction, having already read GWW in 2012. But three years later, I felt the need for a summary and refresher of the salient points. So in my case I was looking for a kind of "Cliff Notes" of GWW. I believe it also serves that purpose very well.

If Geocentrism 101 were available in 2012, I would have started here, rather than diving into the 2,200 page tome. But for those with the time and interest, I recommend getting the whole book set at once both the GWW volumes and this one, which is a perfect companion book.
A great beginners guide to geocentrism. I absolutely loved this book for two reasons Number 1. It was easy to read and Number 2. It was completely convincing in scientific evidence. I can't wait to read Dr. Sungenis,' larger volumes on geocentrism.
The evidence of our senses tells us the sun, moon, and stars move across the sky, while the earth remains fixed. As a corollary to our direct observation of the heavens revolving around the Earth - the Earth exists in a central location near the center of the universe (geocentrism).

In spite of this direct evidence from our senses, we can imagine a rotating Earth causing the observed motion of celestial bodies. The vast majority of people today accept this assumed motion of the earth and imagine a spinning Earth hurdling through space as a captive satellite of the sun (heliocentrism).

Galileo got into trouble with authorities in the Catholic Church by teaching heliocentrism as fact without sufficient evidence. Perhaps surprisingly to most people today, sufficient scientific evidence for heliocentrism still remains lacking. Another surprise is that Galileo, towards the end of his life, saw heliocentrism as mistaken, and embraced the geocentric view.

In a nutshell, science has never proven the Earth moves. In fact, scientific experiments, such as Michelson-Morley and many others documented in this book, consistently indicate the Earth does not move. Results from observations in re-mapping the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB) radiation completed by the Planck spacecraft in 2013 also indicate the Earth resides in a central location.

This book provides an excellent introduction and overview on the topic of the Earth's place in the universe, and clearly shows geocentrism as the stronger case, in light of modern scientific experiments and observation.

Highly recommended.
An exlent read, straight forward, and well laid out, easy to grasp and understand. An exlent presentation of the scientific fact, that is a real true eye opener, The Earth really truely is in and at the very heart core, center of the universe!
